Advertising budgets and media spend paid to third-party platforms are not controlled by CallLeadEngine and are generally non-refundable.

Examples of such platforms may include advertising networks, analytics providers, or marketing software services.

If advertising funds are paid directly to a third-party platform, those charges are governed by that platform’s own billing policies and refund rules.

CallLeadEngine is not responsible for refunding:

– Advertising platform charges
– Media spend already allocated
– Click-based or impression-based advertising charges
– Platform service fees
– Third-party software costs

 

4. Cancellation Policy

If services are provided on a recurring basis, cancellation requests must typically be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund work already performed.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and may affect future eligibility for services.
